On December 21 online meeting of Georgian and Polish teachers was carried out. The online meeting ‘Challenges of Distance Education and Responding to them during the COVID-19 Pandemic” was organized by CISI project partners - Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) and University of Warsaw.

The meeting aimed to share experiences between Georgian and Polish teachers on the challenges of distance learning and appropriate measures of the education system in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. 15 Georgian and 15 polish teachers participated in the meeting. Georgian and Polish teachers made presentations and shared their experiences with the audience. Discussions took place about distance education challenges in terms of working with students including the students with special educational needs (SEN). Response actions, strategies, methods and resources for working with the students have been highlighted.
